Nobel Biocare Selects ITresources for Nobel Guide
Buena Park, CA -- July 15, 2007 – ITresources has been selected by Nobel Biocare, the world leader in innovative esthetic dental solutions and a one-stop-shop for restorative esthetic dentistry, to provide help desk services and support for their latest product, Nobel Guide. Launched in 2005, demand for technical support for Nobel Guide has been significant and is expected to increase as the product is rolled out nationally.
ITresources will leverage its call center, which has been certified by the Help Desk Institute (HDI) for its best practices, to provide the help desk support. The Help Desk will address all types of technical issues allowing the Nobel Biocare customer support department to focus on the clinical issues. Technical support ranges from operating system, hardware and software issues to installation and connectivity issues. ITresources staff, lead by the account manager, will work closely with the Nobel Biocare team to assure that defined Service Level Agreements (SLA ’s) are met.
