Our Services:
Partners Consulting provided Supply Chain Management (SCM) services to Imperial Sugar including the support of the PeopleSoft HRMS, FMS, and SCM systems. We leveraged a rapid implementation approach to deploy a solution for Imperial’s customers to use an extranet to place orders, check stock, and track shipments on a 24/7 basis. This resulted in their customers’ ability to reduce cycle times, improve manufacturing processes, and increase inventory management effectiveness. We also performed process improvement analysis and training for HCM.
