Ameren is a holding company, which has been focused on growing its core energy operations that distributes electricity to 2.4 million customers and natural gas to more than 960,000 customers in Missouri and Illinois. Ameren has a generating capacity of nearly 15,000 MW (primarily coal-fired). Other non-utility operations include energy marketing and trading and management and consulting services.
Our Services:
Partners Consulting provides Ameren with a completely outsourced managed service for their Identity and Access Management platform. Originally Ameren contracted our Solutions Division to Define, Design, Develop and Deploy their IAM solution and after our firm successfully completed the project under a fixed fee arrangement we were selected to provide long-term support to Ameren on that platform. Our project team worked with Ameren to understand how we could approach their initial deployment in a phased approach thereby showing incremental progress to their executive team. This resulted in a very successful IAM solution limiting Ameren’s risk and providing them timely deliverables regular schedule.
