Partners Consulting has been working with CenterPoint long before deregulation in the state of Texas created the entity. Dating back to their previous entity our staff has provided many strategic services and solutions including assistance during their “Split-the-Business” initiative driven by deregulation. Most recently our firm has been providing strategic Identity and Access Management (IAM) consulting as well as guidance on their Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) needs and finally Role Based Access Control (RBAC) thought-leadership. Key strategic initiatives included the creation of a comprehensive IAM roadmap which included software package selection and implementation services. Leveraging the our RoadMapTM service offering our project team assisted in the delivery of a comprehensive IAM, GRC and RBAC assessment to outline a solution for a “change the business” initiative.
