Universal Compression is now part of Exterran, a new company with the combined strengths and rich industry experience of Hanover Compressor Company and Universal Compression Holdings. As a strategic advisor and trusted IT partner, Partners Consulting provided services on a variety of projects including partnering with UCI to create a three-year strategic IT roadmap. Following the roadmap outline, we assisted UCI in a number of key initiatives including the establishment of a Project Management Office, IT organizational review, document management, and enterprise reporting. Additionally, we developed an application for tax accounting to increase efficiency with filings as well as assessed and presented recommendations for material deficiencies in the Procure-to-Pay processes.
