Idearc Media (formerly Verizon Information Services) is a publisher of print and electronic directory information. Idearc publishes Verizon yellow and white pages and operates Internet directory SuperPages.com.
Our Services:
Partners Consulting provided Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Financials Management (FMS) and other services to Idearc Media including the development of improved marketing programs for their CRM system for approximately 400 users. Other projects included analysis of call center processes for fulfillment, monitoring online marketing, and transition from BEA to OpenSource.
