Our Services:
Partners Consulting provided Identity and Access Management (IAM) services to ServiceMaster including the implementation of a leading Identity Manager (IdM) user provisioning solution for their Business Service Center. The goals of this strategic initiative included decreasing the number of login credentials for users to maintain, decreasing human effort required for compliance and auditing requirements, the reduction of load on helpdesk personnel for provisioning, terminations, and password resets, and overall improvement of security for digital assets. The project team also assisted with the transition phase of the data center relocation.
