Payroll Plus handles all of your HR and payroll functions. Partners serves as the employer of
record for as long as the client wishes, 90-days is our minimum requirement. Just send in the
timesheet once per week. That’s it! We handle the rest:

Partners’ Payroll Plus program consists of a 6-step HR process:
1. Employee Processing: Employment Application form and I-9 processing, Social Security Number verification, Partners Policy and Procedure Statements.
2. Partners On-boarding: Timesheet Policies & Procedures, Pay Days, Drug Free Environment Policy, Harassment Prevention Program, Partners as the Employer of Record.
3. Interviewing: Verify work experience, positions and pay. Additional interview profiling.
4. Employee Assessments: Skill(s) testing with access to over 600 technical tests & behavioral profile assessments.
5. Reference & Backgrounds: Past employer references, customer specific drug screens, criminal and credit background checks.
6. Employee Benefits: Overview of employee benefits, enrollment and management of participants.

Partners’ testing program consists of more than 600 skills tests and behavioral assessments that allows you to identify and select the most talented employees. Our testing provides a thorough assessment that evaluates skills, personality traits and experience via an impartial and scientific method.
